At Gabanna Curls, we take pride in the quality of our hair care products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hair care items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order is missing items

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Or a store credit (depending on availability)

We may require photo evidence of the issue before approving a replacement.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
